Giovanni Insaudo, coreografo e fondatore del collettivo di danza I VESPRI | Giovanni Insaudo. I VESPRI | Giovanni Insaudo funge da piattaforma creativa che lo spinge in un viaggio di auto-scoperta, permettendogli di forgiare un suo linguaggio artistico e una sua identità del movimento.
Ha danzato con compagnie di prestigio come Dantzaz Konpainia, Balletto dell’Esperia, Gärtnerplatz Theater e Luzerner Theater. Negli anni si è approccia alla coreografia creando Keller, Acamante e Fillide, Crisalide, Sueno de Plata e AriK/KirA, presentati in vari festival e competizioni internazionali. Riceve numerosi riconoscimenti, tra cui il secondo premio al Certamen Coreografico Internacional Burgos-New York, il terzo premio e il premio di produzione all’International Choreographic Competition in Copenhagen, il MasDanza Audience Prize, Hannover International Competition Audience Prize. I suoi spettacoli sono stati ospitati in Italia, Spagna, Bulgaria, Turchia, Germania, Olanda.
Oltre ai suoi notevoli successi con I VESPRI, Giovanni crea anche per diverse compagnie internazionali come Konzert und Theater St.gallen, Fondazione Nazionale della Danza/ ATERBALLETTO, Tanz Labor, Roxy Theater Ulm, Eko dance Project Turin, Contemporary Bachelor ZHDK Zurich, Theater Trier, D.a.f Rome, Balletto di Toscana, Tanz Luzerner Theater, Gärtnerplatz Theater, Balletto dell’Esperia, Dantzaz (precedentemente Ballet BiarrItz Junior), Hung Dance Theater, Nordhausen Theater.
Firma per il 2025/26 le nuove creazioni per Oriol Martorell Conservatorio Barcelona, Landestheater Linz, Semperoper Dresden, Theater Lüneburg, Opus Ballet, Palucca Hochschule Dresden, Opera di Graz.
